Baldwin Dairy to Hold 101 year celebration!!

Baldwin Dairy, a sister company to Future Farm Food and Fuel, LLC, is celebrating 101 years of being a family farm by having a community breakfast on August 30, 2008.  John Vrieze, the owner of Baldwin dairy and partner in Future Farm,  says " We are a year late in celebrating our 100 years in existance, but with the devestating storm that destroyed 1/3 of our buildings and some of our cattle last year, we felt it would be more of a celebration if we postponed it".  The celebration will be an opportunity for the community to come and see what we have done over the last 100 years, and see our vision for the future.  It is an ever changing world that we have to adapt to and it is always a challenge, but we feel well positioned to accept and be a part of the change.  The celebration will include activities for all ages including a mechanical bull and will have food items that came directly from the farm.
